Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional products and services within Six Senses standards and budget.
• Lead and develop a team of experienced managers to uphold the brand's standards of operation and service.
• Support the General Manager in achieving and surpassing financial targets, including revenue, profitability, and ROIC.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and safety requirements, maintaining proper documentation, reporting, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Four to six years of management experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least three years in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Previous experience in Dubai and in a similar position is highly desirable.
