YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY
Strategic Leadership
- Drive the Talent & Culture strategy for the cluster in alignment with brand values, business goals, and group direction.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Entity and Executive Committees to foster a people-first culture.
- Contribute to the cluster’s strategic planning and budgeting process.
Organizational Development
- Champion a culture of performance, inclusion, accountability, and well-being.
- Lead the design and execution of talent development initiatives, succession plans, and career
mapping across all hotels.
- Support organizational change management and cultural alignment initiatives.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier talent across all hotels.
- Ensure a consistent and elevated onboarding experience is delivered for all new employees.
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding strategies in alignment with luxury service expectations.
Learning & Development
- Evaluate and support the rollout of property-specific and cluster-wide training programs.
- Monitor learning impact and ensure all statutory and brand-led training is completed.
- Support leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace through clear communication and fair practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead cluster-wide engagement strategies and recognition initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all Talent & Culture practices are compliant with UAE labor law and internal policies.
- Regularly review and update policies, SOPs, and practices across the cluster.
- Prepare and review reports on turnover, absenteeism, recruitment activity, and performance metrics.
Compensation & Benefits
- Benchmark pay structures and benefits to maintain competitiveness in the luxury hospitality market.
- Oversee payroll processes in coordination with Finance and relevant external providers.
Accommodation & Welfare
- Maintain high standards of living conditions for employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations related to staff housing.
- Review occupancy, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction levels regularly.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Minimum 8–10 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- UAE or GCC experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employee relations practices.
- Proven ability to manage multi-property or regional portfolios.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
