Job Description

The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of payroll, social benefits payments, settlement, disciplinary processes, training programs, employee well-being, and workplace safety, ensuring compliance with internal employment policies. Additionally, they should have skills in attracting, recruiting, and selecting suitable personnel for our team.

Our new Director of T&C (Training and Development) must have experience in training and developing personnel through internal growth, a keen attention to detail, negotiation skills, and interpersonal relationship management.

Qualifications

Professional in Human Resources Management and/or related fields with over 4 years of demonstrable experience in the field, preferably in the luxury hotel sector.

Fluency in the English language is an essential requirement.
