Job Description: Human Resources Manager

The Arts Club Dubai, located in the heart of DIFC within the ICD Brookfield Place development, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager. The role involves managing and supervising HR services, policies, and programs to ensure strategic alignment with the club's objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and expanding training and development programs based on organizational needs, including job analysis and career path development.
  2. Implementing strategies related to recruitment, employment processing, compensation, benefits, records management, safety, succession planning, employee relations, and retention.
  3. Evaluating organizational performance, assessing employee skills, and developing targeted training to meet operational needs.
  4. Creating training curricula and developing strategies for performance evaluation, training, development, and appraisal.
  5. Fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture by evaluating employee morale and implementing HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR role within the hospitality or hotel industry, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Qualifications such as CIPD or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills with high flexibility.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • People-oriented personality.
