• Familiarity with sovereign deployment requirements in critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role is located in either Dubai or Bangalore and is a remote role. We are seeking an engineering leader to take over the entire engineering organization. In this founding-level role you will own architecture, delivery, quality and team scaling end-to-end. You will own the technical direction across the AI platform and physical appliance lines, establish rigorous release cadences, robust versioning, and pristine UAT production environment separations. You will oversee the data path for passive monitoring, industrial protocol decoding (e.g., Modbus, S7Comm, IEC 60870-5-104) and MITRE ATT amp CK mapping. You will drive appliance hardening, TPM-based device identity, full-disk encryption and compliance acceleration tooling across frameworks like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001. You will lead and rapidly scale a high‑performing distributed global engineering team.

Qualifications

• 10‑15+ Years of Engineering Excellence: a proven track record of leadership where you have owned delivery and organizational growth, not just architecture.
• Strong roots in OT/ICS security or a heavy enterprise detection/security background (e.g., CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne) with a strong command of industrial protocols.
• Thrives in a lean, fast‑paced environment where your impact is direct and your mandate is broad.
• Applied AI or on‑device, resource‑constrained GPU inference experience.
• A background in SIEM, detection engineering, or SOC tooling.
• Familiarity with sovereign deployment requirements or critical infrastructure environments.
