Job summary

KAIZEN Asset Management Services seeks an experienced Director of Secondary Market & Unit Management to lead our strategic direction and drive property transactions in Dubai. You will shape the end-to-end lifecycle of units, optimize portfolio performance, and deliver sustainable revenue growth while building strong client relationships.

You will lead a high-performing team, align cross-functional operations, and oversee pricing, promotions, and market positioning to outpace competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in secondary market sales and portfolio management.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE/GCC real estate market and regulations.
• Strong B2C track record advising homeowners, buyers, and tenants.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and scale service lines.
• Established network with developers, investors, brokers in UAE/GCC.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strategic thinker translating vision into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute secondary market strategies for resales, off-plan resales, leasing, and unit disposition — driving transaction volume, market share, and revenue.
• Own end-to-end unit portfolio management: inventory oversight, valuation, pricing, marketing readiness, and lifecycle optimization from listing to close.
• Maximize asset value, minimize holding periods, and optimize yield through data-driven pricing, targeted promotion, and timely disposition.
• Monitor UAE/GCC market trends, supply-demand dynamics, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning.
• Track portfolio KPIs: sales velocity, days on market, price realization, lease renewal rates, vacancy, and revenue per unit.
• Own full P&L, revenue targets, client satisfaction, and profitability for the B2C homeowner division.
• Design and execute acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies anticipating lifecycle moments (ready to sell, revalue, lease, renovate).
• Build, scale, and optimize a partner-led service marketplace; onboard, manage, and assure quality across provider networks.
• Leverage existing developer, property manager, and owner relationships to accelerate growth ahead of competitors.
• Define commercial models, pricing, and service standards; oversee end-to-end client experience and strategic adjustments.
