Job description

New opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales to join the senior leadership team with this luxury resort property based in the Maldives – With the position being based in Dubai.

As Director of Sales you’ll be responsible for the daily sales, revenue, overall positioning, & development of customer & partner relationships for the property – Representing the property in the Middle Eastern market including tradeshows, conferences & events.

Requirements:

1. Currently based in the UAE with 3 years' experience in a senior sales position at a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel / resort
2. Maldives experience would be an added advantage
3. Relevant degree, in sales, business development or other relevant business field
4. Dynamic, positive & energetic leadership style, hold excellent communication & decision-making skills.
5. Ability to travel extensively based on business requirements.
6. Strong focus on existing business & capability to develop new venture prospects
7. Significant ability to work independently, taking full responsibility of the Middle East market.
