We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our team to success. Job Summary The Director of Sales will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, lead and manage a high‑performing team, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners in the MICE, group, and leisure travel sectors.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the tourism industry
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales support materials and promote R&B Tourism's offerings
