Job description

Rixos Hotels and All-Inclusive Collection is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales for the GCC region, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This key leadership role will spearhead our sales strategies across the GCC, driving revenue growth and market expansion for our luxury and all-inclusive properties.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the GCC region
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Represent Rixos Hotels and All Inclusive Collection at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Drive relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government entities, and tour operators in the region

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a strategic approach to client management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership / senior management role.
  • Experience in GCC markets, ideally with time spent based in the region.
  • Experience working with luxury or premium hospitality brands preferred.
  • Strong network with corporate clients, travel agencies, government entities, and tour operators in the region.
