Summary: The Director of Sales will be responsible for Sales through Brand activation engaging and building IDAs Network private preview/events marketing & collaboration in UAE focusing Dubai.

Candidate should have extensive experience in engaging and working with IDAs community/Interior Designers doing High-End residential projects. Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media, and interior design-based groups & organisations. Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in Luxury Art & Design Industry.
An ability to market & develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.
Experience in planning & executing High-End events & Private Previews.

Responsibilities
Planning & execution to achieve Annual sales target by generating enquiries & timely converting deals in order to achieve quarterly & yearly sales target yet maintaining Brand positioning.
Introduce, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers and architects focused on High-end residential projects.
Engage IDAs & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations, & virtual tour/discussions for sales growth.
Collaboratively strategize with India team & execute marketing plans to build the company Brands in Dubai.
Identifies & expand the relationship with IDAs network beyond Dubai.
Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and Art & Design exhibitions.
Strategize & acquire UHNI/HNI clients and maintain exceptional relationships with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand.
Identify & collaborate with IDAs, galleries, artists, and like-minded brands.
Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing & Communication/Interior Design/Luxury or related fields with a minimum of 10 years experience.
