Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for monitoring sales production and adjusting sales activities to achieve planned goals within your region, with the aim of delivering qualified leads and servicing existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring sales production and adjusting sales activities, account coverage, and sales priorities as necessary to meet goals.
  2. Planning, establishing goals, and managing the Outbound Sales Office to deliver qualified leads and service existing accounts.
  3. Developing communication and rapport with local authorities such as tourism boards, convention bureaus, airlines, Rotana area sales offices, and other sources of sales information and support.
  4. Assessing group business to maximize contribution from available public space and generate room revenues while achieving banqueting budgets.
  5. Developing the annual sales department budget and executing sales programs and activities within it, with assistance from superiors.
  6. Identifying sources of individual business and allocating resources to develop relationships with them.
  7. Ensuring understanding of position requirements, goals, and standards of performance within the sales department.
  8. Reviewing and finalizing the corporate section of the month-end sales report prior to submission.
Skills and Qualifications

You should hold a bachelor's degree in sales, be computer literate, and possess effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
