Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for monitoring sales production and adjusting sales activities to achieve regional goals, delivering qualified leads, and servicing existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Monitoring sales production and adjusting activities, account coverage, and priorities to meet targets.
  • Planning, establishing goals, and managing the Outbound Sales Office to generate leads and support existing accounts.
  • Building relationships with local authorities such as tourism boards, convention bureaus, airlines, and sales offices.
  • Assessing group business to maximize revenue and meet banqueting budgets.
  • Developing and executing the sales department budget and programs.
  • Identifying and developing relationships with potential business sources.
  • Ensuring understanding of sales goals and performance standards.
  • Reviewing and finalizing the monthly sales report.
