Role Purpose

As Director of Digital Product, you will own the roadmap definition and implementation for our Digital platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth. Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Define and execute the digital product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Enhance the digital self-care experience, optimizing mobile apps, web apps, and other customer-facing digital touchpoints.
  • Lead collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product strategies and enhancements ensuring continuous improvements.
  • Oversee backlog management and delivery processes ensuring clear prioritization.
  • Drive data-informed decision making, leveraging analytics and user insights to continuously optimize product performance.
  • Establish and refine product development processes and frameworks as we scale.
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach to product development from conceptualization to implementation and beyond.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all digital product implementations.
Qualifications & Attributes

We're seeking someone who embodies the following:

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
  • 10 years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience in the telco industry strongly preferred, with demonstrated ability to leverage telco infrastructure for innovative digital experiences.
  • Track record of building and launching successful consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop strong, high-performing product teams.
  • Experience establishing product development frameworks in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in digital self-care platforms, customer portals, and mobile app ecosystems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced digital environments.
Skills

Must-Haves:

  • Strong expertise in roadmap planning for digital platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and digital product development lifecycles.
  • Ability to interpret customer data and behavioral analytics to drive optimization.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, able to make tough trade-offs in resource-constrained environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
