Director of Organisation Development & Talent (Arabic Speaker)

Director of Organisation Development and Talent (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai, UAE. Our client is a leading local employer in the Middle Eastern region. The role is to lead and direct the Organisational Development and Talent function, ensuring processes and structures support sustainable long-term internal capacity development to help the company achieve its goals. The role will drive change management, culture development and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the OD strategy to enable continuous improvement through culture change and workforce planning to ensure the organisation is equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop metrics and assessment mechanisms to manage the engagement survey.
  • Review and improve job descriptions across the organisation to align with other roles in the same job family.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives through a structured change management framework to ensure change is approached positively and desired results are achieved.
  • Lead all learning and development initiatives to meet the development needs of employees.
  • Manage the training budget.
  • Develop and implement a talent management process that supports staff development and overall talent management strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience planning and delivering organisational and cultural change, with a track record of successful staff engagement.
  • Proven people management experience and ability to inspire continuous improvement.
  • A degree in HR, Organisational Behaviour/Psychology, or CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Arabic speakers only; please note that only Arabic Speakers will be considered for this role.
