Director of Organisation Development & Talent (Arabic Speaker)

Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading local employer in the Middle Eastern region. They are currently looking to recruit a Director of Organisation Development & Talent. In this role, you will lead and direct the function, ensuring that processes and structures support the effective, sustainable long-term development of the organisation's internal capacity to help the company achieve its goals.

The role will serve as a catalyst for change management, culture development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the OD strategy to foster continuous improvement through culture change and workforce planning, ensuring the organisation is equipped to meet business objectives.
  2. Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop metrics and assessment mechanisms to manage engagement surveys.
  3. Review and improve job descriptions across the organisation to ensure alignment within the same job family.
  4. Lead organisational change initiatives using a structured change management framework to ensure positive approaches and desired results.
  5. Oversee all learning and development initiatives to meet employee development needs.
  6. Manage the training budget effectively.
  7. Develop and implement a talent management process supporting staff development and overall talent strategy.

You should be an inspiring leader committed to continuous improvement, with experience in planning and delivering organisational and cultural change. A proven track record in staff engagement and people management is essential. A degree in HR, Organisational Behaviour/Psychology, or a CIPD qualification is preferred.
