Director of Operations - F&B

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to oversee daily activities across our organization, optimize operational processes, and ensure business efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and oversee key departments including e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Customer Service, etc, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and execute event-driven business plans across multiple venues (think DJs, promoters, brunches, industry nights)
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing to deliver viral campaigns, guerrilla activations, and ticketed experiences
• Build and manage a network of promoters, partners, and subcultures to keep venues full and profitable
• Own the P&L and grow revenue through creative, commercial strategies
• Hire and lead GMs, event teams, bar managers, and more across all properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
• 8+ years in nightlife, bar, or high-volume hospitality leadership
• Proven success launching or running Bars and Night life venues
• Deep understanding of promoter networks, music, events, and bar-led business models
• Obsessed with numbers, but fluent in culture
• Hustler mentality—you know how to get a full house with a WhatsApp drop or a last-minute concept
