Overview

Renowned for delivering world-class dining and lifestyle concepts, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic hospitality professional to oversee our Food & Beverage operations across the region.

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager - F&B will be responsible for driving the performance, quality, and growth of F&B operations across multiple properties. This role requires a strong hotel background with deep F&B expertise, proven leadership at Director level or above, and experience managing relationships with owners and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support F&B operations across multiple hotels and countries, ensuring consistency, excellence, and profitability.
  • Work closely with General Managers, EAMs, and F&B leadership teams to maintain brand standards and optimize performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hotel ownership groups and asset managers, building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across the F&B portfolio.
  • Support the development and implementation of new dining concepts and initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop F&B leadership teams, ensuring succession planning and talent growth.
  • Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regional regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10–12 years’ progressive leadership experience within luxury hotels and resorts.
  • Proven background in Food & Beverage operations at Director level or above.
  • Strong exposure to multi-property or multi-country operations is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with owners, asset managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable, with the ability to work across diverse markets.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
