Director of Nursing - Oncology Services

Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Type : Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Director of Nursing - Oncology Services to join a leading healthcare group in Dubai. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role offering the opportunity to contribute to a world-class healthcare system and shape the future of nursing services across a diverse and expanding network.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of nursing services across hospitals and ambulatory care centers.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead workforce planning, professional development, and performance management of nursing teams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation in nursing practice.
  • Support academic partnerships and contribute to the training of nursing students and junior staff.

Requirements :

  • Recognised nursing qualification with current registration.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior nursing leadership role within a large healthcare organisation.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, quality improvement, and workforce development.
  • Interview Process :

    Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with a multidisciplinary panel including senior clinical and administrative leaders. The interview will focus on leadership experience, strategic vision, and contributions to nursing excellence. Salary discussions will take place after the interview, once mutual expectations are aligned.
