Carter Knight FZ LLC is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the Group’s M&A strategy and execution across multiple business verticals.

This senior leadership role requires a seasoned M&A professional with 10–15 years in corporate finance or strategy, a proven record of high‑value transactions, and the ability to steer cross‑functional teams and stakeholder relationships to create value.

We are supporting a large holding group with a diversified investment portfolio in their search for a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the Group’s M&A strategy and execution across multiple business verticals.

This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned M&A professional with a strong background in corporate finance, deal origination, and strategic execution.

The successful candidate will:

• – Define and execute long-term M&A strategies aligned with the Group’s corporate priorities and growth objectives.
• – Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
• – Oversee due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration to ensure disciplined execution and value creation.
• – Build and manage relationships with investment advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• – Drive continuous improvement of M&A processes, governance, and performance tracking frameworks.

We are looking for candidates with 10–15 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy, with a proven record of leading high-value transactions and managing cross-functional teams. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities are essential.
