• 6-8+ years of progressive Marketing & Communications experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.

Director of Marketing & Communications

An established hospitality property in Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished Director of Marketing & Communications to lead its marketing, brand and communications strategy.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for brand positioning, marketing, PR, communications, digital, social, content, partnerships and demand generation, working closely with hotel leadership and commercial teams to drive visibility, engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the hotel’s annual Marketing & Communications strategy.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market presence across UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content and other channels.
• Lead media relations, PR, reputation and crisis communications.
• Oversee digital marketing, CRM, social media, content and performance activity.
• Develop strategic partnerships, experiences and F&B marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, KPIs and performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing & Communications team.
• Support major hotel initiatives, repositioning, renovations and guest-experience enhancements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6-8+ years’ progressive Marketing & Communications experience, ideally within luxury or upper-upscale hospitality.
• Strong expertise across brand, PR, communications, digital, social and content.
• Proven commercial and strategic marketing leadership.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market; Abu Dhabi experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills.
• F&B, hotel repositioning or multi-property experience advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable.

Salary Package: negotiable
