  • Lead crisis communication and manage reputational risk proactively.

Team & Resource Management

  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless operations between Marketing, Communication, and Recruitment.
  • Develop department business plans and budgets, ensuring resource optimization.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Drive operational compliance with university policies and external regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIM, CMP, PMP, CSM) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 12 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, and branding.
  • Experience in the higher education sector is a strong asset.
  • Proven success in strategic marketing within complex, fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong background in digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and customer journey mapping.

  • Strategic thinking with a proven ability to align marketing to organizational goals.
  • Advanced communication and storytelling skills; strong command of English (French/Arabic is a plus).
