Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing strategy for a luxury waterfront hotel. You will oversee brand positioning, campaigns across digital, traditional and experiential channels, and collaborate with sales to drive customer acquisition and retention.

The role requires a deep knowledge of digital marketing, strong leadership, and a track record of managing substantial budgets in a hospitality or luxury service context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Hospitality, luxury or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
