About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Logistics & Equipment to lead and shape a multi-country team responsible for fulfilling and managing complex equipment needs for major broadcast productions. This leadership position will create a unified asset management structure to ensure seamless delivery of internal and external equipment – on time, on budget, and to world-class standards.


As a hands-on leader, you’ll be working closely with internal departments, including operations, engineering, sales, logistics, and global equipment planning stakeholders, to ensure equipment fulfilment is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and can foster trust, improve systems, and drive operational performance.

To be successful you’ll need to have…


  • Experience running operations teams across multiple countries and coordinating with remote offices and time zones.

  • Background in creating and implementing processes, ideally in a start-up or acquired business environment with varied operational structures.

  • Demonstrated history of building and leading teams, ideally within the broadcast or live events industry.
