Job Title : Director of Infrastructure

Location : UAE / KSA (with travel as required)

Position Summary

KBR is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Infrastructure to lead and grow our portfolio of infrastructure projects across the Middle East. This role focuses on Program Management Office (PMO) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in the UAE and KSA, driving operational excellence, governance, and market expansion.

Experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the delivery and governance of PMO / PMC infrastructure projects, accountable to the regional operations director.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with business development to identify new opportunities and expand KBR’s infrastructure presence.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with government and private sector clients, aligning with their infrastructure goals.
• Operational Excellence: Implement project controls, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop project teams.
• OneKBR Solutions: Support broader work scopes leveraging KBR’s business units.
• Regional Insight: Provide leadership on infrastructure trends and market dynamics in the Middle East and APAC.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to laws, policies, and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years in infrastructure project delivery, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience managing large PMO / PMC programs in the Middle East, especially in KSA / UAE.
• Familiarity with APAC markets is advantageous.
• Strong commercial skills, contract negotiation, stakeholder management.
• Certifications like PMP, RICS are desirable.
