Job Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of IT strategy and digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement IT and digital workplace strategies; ensure compliance with policies and alignment with business objectives.
- Knowledge Management: Promote adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions; manage IT service providers and lead architecture and cloud delivery teams.
- IT Infrastructure: Oversee unified technology platforms, smart grid integration, mobile access strategy, and operational process improvements.
- Data Analytics: Lead data architecture and analytics to support decision-making and optimize operations.
- Support Systems: Manage IT support and helpdesk functions to ensure timely technical assistance.
- Digital Workplace: Implement and optimize collaboration tools and digital workplace technologies.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to delivery, aligning with organizational strategies.
- Customer Experience: Oversee customer experience applications to meet business and security needs.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage IT budgets and vendor SLAs; ensure cost control and high service standards.
- Talent Management: Conduct performance reviews, develop talent, and maintain succession plans.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and analytics to senior management.
Decision Authority:
Recommend and approve IT policies within functional scope, following organizational procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering; MBA preferred
- 15+ years in IT strategy and digital transformation
- Expertise in cloud technologies, data analytics, IT infrastructure, and project delivery
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and change management skills
