Job summary

GEMS Wellington Academy – Al Khail in Dubai seeks an exceptional Director of Inclusion – Whole School to lead inclusive education from August 2027. The role requires strategic leadership to drive high-quality provision for Students of Determination and to ensure the policy framework is met.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, parents and external agencies to embed inclusion in every aspect of school life, supported by a vision of Ambition, Responsibility and Courage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for inclusive provision across the through-school.
• Drive a culture where inclusion is embedded in every aspect of school life.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, parents and external agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework.
