Job summary

GEMS World Academy Dubai is seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead the Inclusion department and drive inclusive practice within an IB framework. You will mentor staff, shape curriculum, and monitor progress to improve student outcomes.

The role starts January 2027. Candidates with IB experience are encouraged to apply to join a diverse community and collaborate with the leadership team on strategic development.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification in Inclusion.
PGCE/PGDE or similar qualification in Inclusion preferred.
Minimum 5 years teaching Inclusion, IB background advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the Inclusion department to improve student outcomes within the IB framework.
Collaborate with the leadership team to shape curriculum and data-driven approaches.
Inspire and support staff to deliver outstanding inclusive teaching and learning.
