  • Lead global implementation teams to deliver payroll and SaaS projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Establish and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring strong governance, quality standards, and risk control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to improve implementation frameworks and automation processes.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize onboarding, integrations, and end-to-end delivery performance.
Qualifications
  • Open to European nationalities, 45 years old and below
  • At least 10 years of experience in global payroll, HCM, or SaaS implementation management, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing multi-country teams and enterprise-level rollouts in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience in global HR or payroll SaaS companies preferred.
