Rotana is seeking a Director of Housekeeping – Female for The Cove Rotana in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will lead the housekeeping team, set standards, and ensure exceptional guest comfort in a luxury setting.

The role requires proven leadership, strong operations discipline, and the ability to train staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. GCC national female candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role.
• GCC nationality preferred.
• Female candidates only as per role requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness of all rooms and common areas.
• Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies.
• Handle guest feedback and requests professionally.
• Maintain budgets and control costs within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
