Job Description
  • Manage and oversee the Group segment sales operations.
  • Design plans to meet sales targets, develop client relationships, and evaluate product pricing.
  • Create and implement annual sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks.
  • Analyze marketing, financial, and demographic data to optimize business opportunities.
  • Provide the sales team with effective tools and initiatives to generate leads.
  • Work with senior management to support business elements requiring assistance.
  • Develop the sales team through leadership, participation in hiring, and supporting their growth.
  • Prepare annual Sales and Market Plans, quarterly updates, and hotel budgets.
  • Contribute to management meetings on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate the hotel's products and services through sales channels to target guests.
  • Implement strategies to adapt to market changes and competitive activity.
  • Manage the forecasting process with the Revenue Department and prepare relevant reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and sales programs.
