Reporting to the CFO, as the Director of Financial Operations, you will :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee audit preparation, coordinate with external auditors, and implement recommendations.
• Manage treasury functions such as bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure tax compliance and regulatory filings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional Accounting Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
• Over 7 years of progressive financial experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing financial operations in complex or multi-entity environments.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
