The Digital Media Director will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of all digital platforms and products. This includes social media, web, mobile applications, and emerging digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Oversee social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engagement, and growth across platforms.
  • Lead the development, launch, and optimization of digital products including websites, mobile apps, and interactive platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics, social listening, and audience insights to inform digital campaigns and product improvements.
  • Manage a team of digital specialists, content creators, and social media managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, and creative to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards in all digital initiatives.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies to achieve ROI targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12–15+ years of experience in digital media, social media, or digital product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital product lifecycle management, UX / UI principles, and analytics.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams and multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, digital trends, and online engagement strategies.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
