Al Etihad Payments is seeking a Manager of Data & Business Intelligence to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics across the organization. You will oversee data collection, processing, and reporting, ensuring data is reliable and used to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep analytics, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to optimize business processes and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (CS/Data Science/IS).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and analytics technologies.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for strategic initiatives.
• Build analytics capabilities, frameworks, and processes to extract meaningful insights.
• Establish data governance policies ensuring quality, security and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee data infrastructure and architecture to support data needs at scale.
• Lead data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders with clear conclusions.
