Our client, Abu Dhabi-based energy company, seeks an experienced IT leader to drive corporate IT strategy, governance, and service delivery across UAE and Qatar. The role focuses on budgeting, policy development, and alignment with overall business objectives.

You will advise senior management, standardize IT processes, and ensure secure, reliable IT operations that support critical infrastructure and energy delivery. A strong track record in cross-border IT governance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate IT plans, strategy, operating budget, policies and procedures and reporting standards across locations.
• Coordinate with Director IT Upstream to consolidate IT budget and plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Advise senior management on corporate IT matters and align IT standards across UAE and Qatar.
• Ensure IT services contribute to business objectives, sustainability, and risk management.
