With our flagship ThinkTrader platform, we make it available for our clients to trade the world 24-hours a day. Our mission is to bridge the gap between traders, investors, and platforms by allowing access to global markets and thousands of products thus providing our clients the ability to trade the world in the palm of their hand. We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms.

We are seeking a Director of Content to join our rapidly growing global workforce. This is a senior leadership role where you will lead the content team and shape the brand’s global content strategy. It is vital that the successful candidate has prior experience working within the trading or investing industry and has successfully led a team before. Reporting to the CMO, you will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring the highest-quality output across all channels to grow traffic, drive engagement, and boost client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the content team across global markets.
  • Build and execute a strategic content plan and editorial calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure all content reflects the ThinkMarkets tone, brand, and editorial standards.
  • Develop tactical content plans for key markets, tailored to regional needs.
  • Establish credibility, define key messaging, and position ThinkMarkets as a thought leader in the trading and investing space.
  • Develop a content roadmap that strengthens the ThinkMarkets brand, drives user engagement, and accelerates acquisition efforts.
  • Create and maintain a robust library of reusable content assets across marketing channels.
  • Apply SEO and data-driven insights to guide smart, engaging content creation.
  • Analyze content performance and apply learnings to optimize strategy and output.
  • Collaborate closely with global Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align on priorities and initiatives.
  • Partner with third parties, such as research firms and analysts, to produce impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years managing content and defining brand tone, with prior leadership experience .
  • Proven track record in writing and producing content within the financial trading and investing industry — this is essential.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Experience across multiple content formats, including video production, podcasts, and digital channels.
  • Ability to confidently communicate, present, and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, persuasive content.
