Your Mission

As Director Business Development, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success in MENA. From identifying high-value opportunities to closing major deals, you will own and execute the regional growth roadmap with a key focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market and growth strategy for MENA, aligned with global leadership and regional nuances.
  • Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with developers, institutional investors, government stakeholders, and ecosystem leaders.
  • Create market-entry plans and deal pipelines that generate long-term revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, marketing, legal) to tailor offerings for local relevance and scalability.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.
  • Serve as the local face of the brand, representing the company at industry events, forums, and in high-level negotiations.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform global decision-making and innovation.
Who You Are:
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, preferably within Real Estate Portals/Marketplaces, real estate, investment, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in market expansion, deal structuring, and cultivating executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA business environment and regulatory landscape, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Sharp commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and a growth-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a major plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
