A fast-growing holding group in the UAE is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Director to lead its expansion efforts across multiple sectors. This senior role will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, forming key partnerships, and driving revenue across the group’s diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide business development strategies
• Identify and secure new clients, markets, and partnerships
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyze market trends to shape data-driven growth strategies
• Drive high-value deal negotiations and contract closures
• Represent the group at relevant industry events and forums

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Min 10–12 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in strategic planning, client acquisition, and deal-making
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business intelligence platforms
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed

Salary approx AED 50 - 60,000 per month
