Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director with a proven track record of cultivating and managing high-value relationships across brokers, partners, and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring established connections, strategic vision, and commercial acumen to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion – Identify, develop, and execute growth strategies to enter new markets and strengthen existing ones.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, distributors, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Revenue Growth – Drive new business opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and deliver on annual revenue targets.
  • Partnership Strategy – Develop and implement structured partner programs to maximise collaboration and mutual value.
  • Industry Intelligence – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
  • Leadership – Mentor and guide the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership within [relevant industry – e.g., financial services, real estate, insurance, etc.].
