Job description

Job Responsibilities and Objectives

  1. Lead business development targeting key clients such as commercial banks, cross-border payment platforms, large financial institutions, and enterprises. Achieve annual targets for client coverage and contract signings. Conduct in-depth research into regional financial infrastructure pain points and identify scalable application opportunities for stablecoins in scenarios like cross-border settlements. Develop a client landscape map by industry, formulate differentiated strategies, and achieve breakthrough benchmark cases with top-tier clients.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and technical teams to customize stablecoin integration solutions aligned with local regulatory policies (e.g., fiat on/off ramps, wallet system integration). Take ownership of technical solution presentations, business negotiations, and contract finalizations.
  3. Establish a customer health assessment system to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) through regular follow-ups and iterative solution proposals. Monitor project milestones, manage compliance reviews and system incidents, and take full responsibility for client satisfaction. Consolidate successful customer cases to drive brand visibility and business opportunity expansion.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, or International Trade. 5+ years of business development experience in the fintech industry. Overseas work experience in Europe, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, or similar regions is a plus.
  2. Possess strong business resources in banking, financial institutions, crypto exchanges, digital wallets, or large enterprises. In-depth understanding of local market pain points and a proven track record of successful fintech project implementation.
  3. Strong skills in business negotiation, client acquisition, resource integration, communication, and cross-functional coordination. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, accountability, resilience under pressure, adaptability, and the ability to use English as a working language.
