Work with the Corporate Commercial Leaders to develop and execute strategies to increase AD Ports Group revenue in line with the company's 5X5 Corporate Strategy.
Review key clients proposals that meet their needs and objectives while supervising the effectiveness of their initiatives at the end of the collaboration.
Contribute in market data and trends research to identify potential growth opportunities, build key accounts strategic perspective and share their vision with the clusters to achieve exponential revenue growth targets.
Work with other departments to ensure that AD Ports Group is providing the best possible services to key clients with the best pricing and terms.
Act as the primary point of contact and maintain a strong relationship between AD Ports Group Leadership and key accounts to identify growth opportunities, understand needs and challenges, and resolve any issue or complaint.
Transition the key accounts into Global accounts with AD Ports Group growing international footprint expansion to service the key accounts across various geographical clusters.
Oversee the implementation of key account management processes while having an accurate data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Track, report and present data on all key accounts performance, including revenue, retention, and satisfaction.
Attend trade shows and industry events to network with key clients and prospects and conduct market research.
People Management Responsibilities:
Liaise with Cluster leadership and engage, coordinate and drive internal teams to ensure key accounts needs are met and projects and initiatives are professionally executed.
Set clear goals and expectations for the key accounts team, provide training and development opportunities to help them improve their skills and hold them accountable for their performance.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Foster an industry understanding to build strategies that offer differentiated customer value proposition and achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.
Act as a strategic advisor on market practices and ensure to answer key accounts needs as per AD Ports Group policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
