Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the performance, appeal, and sustainability of a major portfolio of freezones. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, operational improvement, and investor engagement across multiple Free zones, ensuring alignment with the broader economic and investment strategy of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various internal departments and external partners to identify investor and tenant needs, translating them into value-added offerings.
• Champion digital transformation, process excellence, and forward-thinking approaches to park operations.
• Evaluate new projects or services through feasibility studies and robust business case development.
• Implement models that strengthen tenant engagement and support investor outreach and retention.
• Liaise with government stakeholders to support policy reform, regulatory streamlining, and procedural enhancements.
• Track operational KPIs and continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic intelligence and market insight to support investment decisions and master planning.
• Uphold the organisation’s standards related to health, safety, environmental performance, and quality management.
