About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Director of Human Resources, to join our team in
Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Creekside and Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the HR team to increase knowledge, skill sets, and share best practices, fostering a high-performing HR function.
- Develop and drive the property HR strategy in line with corporate and regional HR direction and monitor its execution to ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities, and building leadership capability through senior and middle management teams.
- Ensure effective two-way communication between HR and corporate/regional HR, coordinating internal communications to ensure colleagues receive relevant and timely messages in an appropriate style and medium.
- Plan and deploy the annual HR budget and capital expenditure process, ensuring Profit & Loss statements are well-managed and monitored.
- Propose changes to organizational structures using best practice principles to support future growth and flexible labor, optimizing organizational effectiveness.
About You:
- Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on budgeting for large-scale projects and operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and motivation across teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, using them to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
