The role leads workforce planning, talent development, and KPI performance while aligning the HR team with property objectives.

The position serves as a strategic partner, reviewing policies, identifying critical metrics, and optimizing HR services to support hotel success in a competitive hospitality market.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a management role within hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law and Middle East market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the HR strategy in alignment with corporate goals; optimize organizational structures and lead change management initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment (including senior leadership), talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations; maintain strict confidentiality and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage manpower and departmental budgets, payroll costs, operational expenses, and competitive remuneration schemes.
• Utilize HRMS data and Colleague Engagement Surveys to streamline operations and enhance staff welfare.
