Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a management role within hospitality industry.
• Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law and Middle East market dynamics.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including senior leadership, talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles.

• Manage manpower and departmental budgets, payroll costs, operational expenses, and competitive remuneration schemes.
