Job summary

PER, a leading global investment fund based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a senior financing professional to join its central team and drive capital raising and financing across the portfolio. The role covers corporate debt, syndicated facilities, bond issuances and acquisition finance, with responsibilities to advise on capital structure and lead negotiations.

You will manage relationships with banks, lenders and advisors, coordinate complex cross-team transactions, and support the fund’s debt

Qualifications

• Senior-level financing professional with banking, financing advisory or investment platform background.
• Experience across corporate/structured finance, acquisition finance, loan syndications and debt capital markets is expected.
• Track record of leading and executing transactions, not just relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing transactions across corporate debt, syndicated facilities, bonds and M&A financing.
• Advise portfolio companies on financing needs, capital structure and related corporate finance issues.
• Negotiate with banks, lenders and advisors as a senior point of contact.
• Support overall debt programme and financing strategy for the fund.
• Coordinate large-scale transactions involving internal teams, portfolio companies and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international banks, bond investors and rating agencies.
• Assist cash-flow forecasting and translate into financing requirements.
• Provide financing guidance to portfolio management across the platform.

About our client

As the platform continues to grow, they are looking to add a senior financing professional to their central team, working across the fund and its portfolio companies on a broad range of capital raising and financing activities.

What the job involves

• Lead financing transactions across corporate debt, syndicated facilities, bond issuances and M&A / acquisition financing
• Advise portfolio companies on financing requirements, capital structure and broader corporate finance considerations
• Lead negotiations with banks, lenders and advisors, acting as a senior point of contact across transactions
• Support the management of the fund's broader capital structure, financing strategy and debt programme
• Coordinate complex, large-scale transactions involving multiple internal teams, portfolio companies and external stakeholders
• Manage and develop relationships across an extensive international network of banks, bond investors, rating agencies and advisors
• Support cash-flow forecasting and translate this into broader capital raising and financing requirements
• Act as a centre of expertise for financing across the platform, providing guidance and support to portfolio company management teams
• Work closely with senior leadership in a lean and highly collaborative environment, with significant autonomy and responsibility

Who we are looking for

• A senior financing professional with a strong background in banking, financing advisory or a sophisticated investment / corporate platform
• Broad product experience across areas such as corporate and structured finance, acquisition finance, loan syndications and debt capital markets
• Strong technical financing and corporate finance expertise, with a track record of leading and executing transactions rather than purely managing relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the gravitas to build credibility with portfolio company management teams, banks and advisors
• CFA or other relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous
