Job summary

Mastercard’s Enabler team in the Arabia Division develops and manages acceptance, processing and PSP relationships to strengthen Mastercard’s network. As an Account Director, you will manage relationships with PSPs and acquirers, enabling payment solutions and revenue growth while aligning with Mastercard’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience in sales, product management, and project management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners and grow pipeline.
• Build deep relationships with commercial, product, operations teams.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with partner priorities and Mastercard’s goals.
• Identify and drive opportunities to grow acceptance, transaction volume, and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs and address gaps; support deployment of Mastercard products.
