    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the business of the assigned team through the designated Coverage team and monitor their performance.
    2. Partner with the Real Estate department in service delivery, working independently to grow revenue while managing risk in the portfolio. Develop credit skills and understanding of acceptable risk/reward parameters for customers, with authority to handle exceptions and resolve customer service issues.
    3. Handle customer inquiries and service-related issues proactively to optimize resource allocation for cross-selling complex products.
    4. Possess good customer and corporate product knowledge, effective problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to satisfy customers, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with various parties.
    5. Maintain a zero expiry rate for all assigned accounts.
    6. Achieve annual targets for performing loans as set by Senior Management.
    7. Cross-sell GFM, GTB products, and other relevant products to benefit customers.
    8. Maintain NPL below 4%. Conduct timely credit reviews and renewals.
    9. Ensure satisfactory audit reports.
    10. Deliver superior customer service by acting as a client service manager, proactively resolving problems, and facilitating other services.
    11. Enhance credit analysis skills.
    12. Ensure all internal processes for the existing portfolio comply with Bank policies and procedures.
    13. Adhere to procedures and processes in documentation, including call reports, KYC, and operational matters. Turn around proposals promptly as per SLA.

    Specific Accountabilities

    1. Possess sound knowledge of appraisals, financial modeling, and legal/regulatory environments.
    2. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    3. Manage people and work under pressure.
    4. Organize workload and meet deadlines.
    5. Interpret and appraise financial statements and feasibility reports.
    6. Operate within the framework of Group policies and governance standards.
    7. Make decisions as authorized by the approval matrix.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business; professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
    2. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferable.
