We are hiring on behalf of a leading Dubai Government-owned entity for the position of Director - CEO Office. This role is critical in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and effective communication across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administrative Leadership: Manage and oversee the provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, including schedule management, correspondence preparation, and coordination of key meetings.
- Strategic Document Preparation: Conduct strategic reviews and prepare communications, reports, and presentations for the Group CEO, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure smooth interactions.
- Meeting Participation and Action Management: Attend critical meetings with the Group CEO, participate in business reviews, and ensure the effective implementation of action items with regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Project Management: Monitor and manage the Group CEO’s key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information discreetly, maintaining compliance with data protection and organizational policies.
- Event Management: Organize and facilitate high-level meetings and events, managing agendas, logistics, and post-event follow-ups to meet strategic objectives.
- Advisory Coordination: Oversee the provision of expert advisory services on strategic and industry-specific matters, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance decision-making.
- Public Representation: Manage the Group CEO’s participation in public appearances, speaking engagements, and organizational events, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging and maximizing impact.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience supporting senior management in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Preferred Education: Master’s Degree (MBA, EMBA) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
