Job Description

Experience and Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Several years of experience within a top-tier management consulting firm focused on strategy and/or technology, preferably at an engagement manager level or higher.
• Additional industry experience with leading technology or cloud-based companies in a senior functional, IT, or strategy role, or experience in a senior IT position, is preferred.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing virtual teams.
• Action-oriented with a passion for fast-paced environments, while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Strong academic background, e.g., MBA (preferably from a top business school), MSc, PhD.
• Experience and credibility in operating at CxO stakeholder levels.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic or French is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills complemented by strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated through hands-on work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presentations.
• Financial modeling, benchmarking, and quantitative skills, with experience in developing and defending large-scale capital requests.
• Passion for digital, software, and IT fields.
