Title and Summary

Role specification :

The person will be responsible for driving the commercialization of our digital and authentication products in EEMEA, along with the product and market leads. Develop product strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum market penetration. Manage and maintain existing digital product lines, including partner management. Conduct opportunity assessments for new ideas and concepts. Provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development.

Lead product optimization initiatives with issuers, acquirers, merchants, and PSPs to drive transaction volume and revenue growth.

Major Accountabilities :

• Drive growth of tokenization and digital payments
• Solicit input from customer teams, customers, and third parties regarding development of new solutions and product enhancements
• Conduct market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas
• Develop business cases and requirements for new solutions
• Participate in bringing solutions to market
• Interface with customer relationship managers to test concepts and monitor issuer pilots
• Transition new products into maintenance mode
• Lead optimization initiatives to identify growth opportunities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of related work experience, preferably in financial services
• Experience in sales, product management, product development, and project management is desirable
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented focus
• Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results for customers and Mastercard
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of success within a team environment
